We are committed to increasing Indigenous and local business and workforce participation in all capital projects and operations by:

• Identifying, developing, and increasing Indigenous and local businesses participating on projects; and by,
• Developing training and strategic community partnerships, resulting in the betterment of Indigenous and local businesses

As such, we have introduced Indigenous and Socio-Economic Impact Program (SEIR) requirements. You are requested to fill out the Subcontractor Employees Form 2023 for all employees who have worked or are currently working on the project for the current campaign reporting period, please see the instructions below.
